Role summary

EWOR is seeking a CTO to lead technical direction and architecture for new initiatives. This role involves hands-on building, establishing engineering standards, and recruiting/leading the engineering team. The ideal candidate is a high-agency builder with end-to-end ownership, driving strategy and execution from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment. Maximum ownership and autonomy are provided, with a focus on fast execution and collaboration with a world-class team.

Tasks

You will set the technical direction and architecture for the product, making high-leverage decisions from the first production release through scale.
You will remain hands-on in building and shipping the core technology while establishing engineering standards, infrastructure, and product quality.
You will recruit, lead, and develop the engineering team, aligning the technology roadmap with customer needs and company strategy.
