Role summary
Examinetics, a leading Workforce Health provider for over 25 years, is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist. This role involves extensive travel to client sites nationwide to conduct health screenings such as hearing, respirator fit, vision tests, and vital signs. Responsibilities include managing client data collection and ensuring timely submission. No medical experience is required as training will be provided. The position offers competitive hourly pay, a guaranteed first-year bonus of $5,000, and potential for a $10,000 bonus after the first year. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401K, and 5 weeks of paid time off.
$23.50/hour PLUS guaranteed first year bonus: $5,000.
After 1st year targeted annual bonus increases to $10,000.
No medical experience required! We will train you.

Primary Responsibilities
Travel by air and road to client sites with up to 100% travel to assigned areas. Drive a company issued mobile testing unit (specially equipped 26 truck) to client sites. You will provide quality service to clients by conducting hearing tests, respirator fit clearance testing, vision tests, and taking vitals. You will manage client data collection and ensure timely submission to the corporate office.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Minimum of High School diploma or comparable work experience.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record.
- DOT medical card required prior to start of employment. (1 year card)
- Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, networking, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Basic understanding of IOS and Android Mobile Platforms and Apple iPad.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience:
- Client relations and/or customer service experience.
- Driving experience in large cities.
