Experient is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex enterprise B2B and B2C commerce applications. This client-facing consulting role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining product strategies, developing roadmaps, and translating business objectives into user stories. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of product management experience in commerce, consulting or digital product agency experience, and a strong command of Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis. AI product management experience is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, design and execution of complex enterprise B2B and B2C commerce applications. You will serve as the lead Product Manager on client engagements, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to transform digital commerce experiences into scalable solutions that drive measurable revenue and growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of guiding commerce initiatives from ideation through implementation, adoption and continuous optimization. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing consulting role requiring the ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional delivery teams and navigate the nuances of both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer digital ecosystems.

Location: Dallas, TX; Hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B and B2C commerce applications, from ideation and discovery through architecture, delivery, launch and post-launch adoption.

Partner with client leadership to identify business opportunities, evaluate market trends and define commerce product strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Develop and manage product vision, multi-channel roadmaps, feature backlogs and success metrics across B2B and B2C platforms.

Translate complex business objectives into clear user stories and functional requirements, working closely with engineering, UX/UI, system architects and third-party platform partners.

Drive Agile product planning, sprint prioritization, release management and transparent stakeholder communication throughout consulting engagements.

Define KPIs to measure performance leveraging analytics, user feedback and sales data to guide continuous improvement.

Balance high-level strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, helping client teams remove delivery blockers and navigate technical or operational constraints.

Build trusted relationships with executive client stakeholders while serving as the primary product leader for digital initiatives.

Represent the Experience Practice to assigned clients, helping identify client challenges, needs and business opportunities for growth and additional projects.

What You'll Bring

5 – 7+ years of Product Management experience, with direct ownership of scalable enterprise B2B and B2C commerce applications.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant product management certifications preferred.

Consulting and/or Digital Product Agency experience required with a proven ability to manage client expectations and adapt to diverse client environments.

In-depth understanding of modern digital commerce ecosystems including commerce platforms, payment gateways, order management systems and ERP integrations.

Deep understanding of user journeys, functional needs and friction points specific to both B2B buyers and B2C consumers.

Strong command of Agile product management methodologies and software delivery practices.

Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design and business teams, serving as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy.

Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.

Self-motivated, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced consulting environments.
