Construction Accounting & Rev Rec Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of construction accounting, especially work-in-process and percentage of completion revenue recognition, to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting from day one.Private Equity & Multi-Entity Leadership: Proven experience in a PE-backed environment managing multiple locations with a shared services model, driving standardization and controls, and collaborating effectively with sponsors and lenders.Strong Leadership & Change Management: A leader who can architect and implement standardized processes across a growing multi-location platform, develop and influence a diverse team, and provide practical, hands-on guidance without micromanaging.
