Role summary

Tidewater Eye Center and Virginia Eye Consultants are seeking two BC/BE, fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeons to join their expanded ophthalmology network across Coastal Virginia. These roles offer immediate medical and surgical retina demand, a strong patient base, and an extensive referral network. Physicians will benefit from advanced clinical and surgical infrastructure, experienced support teams, and the opportunity to help grow retina services. As we expand our reach and ability to serve patients throughout the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg regions, we are seeking two BC/BE, fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeons to join our growing team:

Portsmouth / South Hampton Roads – 1 Retina Surgeon

Williamsburg – 1 Retina Surgeon

Supported by our broader network, with Norfolk serving as a central hub
