Role summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer or Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a solid background in quality systems and electronics assembly and test processes, specifically in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining cost-effective manufacturing methods, resolving constraints, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, performing cost analysis, assisting with supply chain issues, and acting as a subject matter expert for processes like wafer dicing, die attach, wire bonding, and camera assembly/test. Proficiency in ERP systems, yield analysis tools, and standard office products is required. A BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience are necessary.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/ Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain cost effective manufacturing and test methods, and flow of material for existing products and new product introductions. Utilizes experience in semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing and performs as subject matter expert in relevant manufacturing processes. This role supports the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and communicates process and production status information and feedback to internal customers and managers.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
