Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in New Rochelle, NY, serving middle and high school students. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a fee-for-service compensation ranging from $80-$90 per hour, with guaranteed hours and potential for full-time opportunities. Location: School Based in New Rochelle, NY

  • Middle School and High Schoool population

    • Status: Fee for Service

    Hours: Monday-Friday

    Compensation: Hours Guaranteed!

  • Fee for Service: $80-$90/hour

    • **Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**

    Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
  • Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
  • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
  • Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
  • Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
  • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

  • Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
  • Bilingual is a plus
