Role summary
Faraday Future (FF) is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own and drive the development, team build-out, P&L, and ROI for their assigned state region. This role involves strategic planning of regional priorities and ecosystem focus, designing and executing the regional team structure (including hiring), and managing the team's performance. The Director will report regional performance and progress to the Sales Steering Committee and build business cases for further investment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership or regional management, and demonstrated success in P&L ownership and cross-functional coordination.
The Company:
Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.
Your Role:
As the Regional Sales Director you hold full ownership and accountability for your state region’s development pace, progress, ecosystem prioritization, team build-out, P&L, and ROI. FF provides a standard regional team model as a reference starting point — four vertical Key Account Managers (Education, Events & Hospitality, Industrial, Public Safety & Security), a PAR Development Manager, and a Pre-Sales Application Engineer (FAE) — but the actual team composition, hiring sequence, and resource allocation are yours to plan and adapt to your region’s real market conditions. You set the region’s priorities and pace, arbitrate CRM lead routing between direct KAMs and PAR partners, and report regional performance, pipeline health, and hiring/enablement progress into the monthly Sales Steering Committee.
