This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain retail experience, develop customer service skills, and grow within the company. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies
• Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Restocking shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards
• Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Participating in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required 
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve 
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor

Pay Rate This position begins at $16.50/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Philadelphia, PA location + uncapped commission.
