Role summary

Fenner Precision Polymer is seeking a Supply Chain / Marketing Intern to support individual and cross-functional projects. The intern will gain exposure to supply chain, marketing, sales, and product management functions, with opportunities for professional development and networking. Core responsibilities include supporting procurement, supply planning, logistics, and operational improvement projects, analyzing business and market data, assisting with digital marketing campaigns and CRM reporting, conducting market research, and leveraging AI tools. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in a related field, possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Salesforce, analytics, or AI tools is a plus.

Individual and cross-functional projects throughout the internship
Professional development and networking opportunities
Exposure to supply chain, marketing, sales, and product management functions
Final project presentation to executive leadership

Core Competencies Required

Support projects related to procurement, supply planning, logistics, and operational improvement
Analyze business and market data to identify trends and opportunities
Assist with digital marketing campaigns, campaign analytics, and CRM reporting
Conduct market research, customer insights (VOC), and competitive analysis
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, engineering, product management, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives
Support internal communications, events, and content development
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research, data analysis, content creation, and business process efficiency while developing responsible AI skills in a professional environment

Education and/or Relative Experience:

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in both business operations and marketing
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), analytics, or AI tools is a plus
