Job Description:: The Construction Loan Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing Fidelity Bank’s commercial construction loan portfolio from closing through project completion, ensuring accurate administration, timely funding, and compliance with approved loan terms, bank policies, and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with borrowers, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal lending teams to manage construction draws, monitor project progress, review budgets and documentation, track disbursements, and mitigate funding or documentation deficiencies. The Construction Loan Portfolio Manager maintains comprehensive construction loan records, coordinates third-party inspections and reviews, supports underwriting and annual loan reviews, conducts job site visits, and prepares management and board-level reporting on project status, commitments, funding activity, and construction maturities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in commercial construction lending, with a strong commitment to client service, risk management, regulatory compliance, and portfolio quality.
