Graduate Recruiter

A well known institution in Western North Carolina is looking to hire a
Graduate Enrollment Recruiter
to help grow their online graduate programs. This is a high impact role where you will own a full enrollment funnel and play a large role in growing the programs participants. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and willing to work on a small, collaborative team to increase enrollment numbers. This is a direct hire and onsite opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment from inquiry through to enrollment.
• Engage with prospective students through zoom, phone calls, emails and virtual events
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students through CRM systems
• Cross functionally collaborate with leaders and colleagues across campus to align recruitment message

Qualifications:

• 3+ years working with graduate admissions and enrollment management
• Experience selling online programs
• Strong sales skills with professional students
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Work with marketing to create strong messaging of the programs

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60K- $65k
• 401k, Health Insurance, and PTO
