About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Recruiter for a part-time, contract role that is 100% remote. The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting top talent across all departments to support our rapid growth and expansion efforts. This position involves sourcing candidates through various channels including networking, resume screening, cold calling, job fairs, college campuses, and innovative recruitment methods. The Recruiter will also manage relationships with outside agencies, oversee search firms, and assist with HR initiatives such as corporate training, employee development, and policy updates. Additionally, the role may involve consulting on HR technology selection, compensation planning, and enhancing recruitment strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successful placements
- Strong preference for candidates with both agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience
- At least one year of freelance or contract recruiting experience, with an interest in pursuing freelancing long-term
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with HR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates through diverse channels including networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and college campuses
- Screen resumes and manage candidate information within HR systems, maintaining data accuracy and up-to-date records
- Manage relationships with external search firms and coordinate recruitment efforts with them
- Train managers and executives on effective networking and recruiting techniques
- Assist in selecting and implementing new HR technologies and tools to improve recruitment processes
- Support corporate HR initiatives such as training programs, employee development, and policy updates
- Contribute to compensation planning and other HR-related projects as needed
- Continuously develop and refine recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Support the company's nationwide expansion efforts and growth initiatives
