SenseSational Learning Group is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) in Hastings, Michigan, to provide play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. This BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice focuses on 1:1 sessions in various settings, following BCBA-designed plans and tracking progress. Candidates should be dependable, provide advance notice for schedule changes, be open to feedback, and have completed or be willing to complete a 40-hour RBT training. Experience with young children, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and play on the floor are also required. Your day:
1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers
