Role summary
Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence. This role ensures compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and team/inventory management. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($21/hour) plus tips and bonuses, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match, and significant career growth opportunities with company expansion. The pay for this position is $21/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
