  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in everyday business workflows, eliminate manual data entry, and implement practical system-driven solutions.

  • Data Integrity & Financial Alignment: Maintain master data hygiene, assist with order-to-cash and general ledger mappings, and ensure systems align with core accounting practices.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, Business Systems, and IT, to gather business requirements and align system functionality with organizational goals.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering financial systems in a growing company.

  • Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with NetSuite administration, including but not limited to saved searches, report creation, and other general admin duties. Direct experience with iPaaS (preferably Celigo), and Stripe billing workflows.

  • Accounting Fundamentals: A solid baseline understanding of foundational accounting principles (e.g., general ledger structures, revenue recognition basics, chart of accounts, and data completeness reconciliations).

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail with a track record of troubleshooting integration errors and streamlining repetitive tasks.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong background in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and upward communication of timelines

  • Certification: NetSuite Administrator certification
