We work with ownership, direct feedback, few meetings and no politics. You run your area like it’s your company.

The role

The US is our next big market, and you’ll lead it. As Country Manager, you own the commercial P&L for the US. You’ll build the sales team, set the go-to-market strategy and turn fonio into a market leader for SMBs across the country.

What you’ll do
Own the US commercial P&L: revenue, margins and growth targets.
Define and run the US go-to-market strategy, from positioning and pricing to channels and sales motion.
Hire, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and scale it quickly through 2027 and beyond.
Build a repeatable sales engine for the SMB segment, with clear processes, targets and rhythms.
Lead US marketing and demand generation, working with sales to drive pipeline.
Work with Product to adapt the offering to the needs of US customers.
Work with our central teams on partnerships, sales enablement and onboarding for the US team.
Report on performance and represent the US market in leadership decisions.
What you bring
You’ve led a sales organisation of around 40 people, and you’re ready to lead a bigger one.
You’re an expert in selling SaaS to SMBs and know what a high-velocity sales motion takes.
You have a strong understanding of marketing and demand generation, and how they work with sales.
You’ve owned a P&L, or a commercial target at a comparable level.
You act like a founder. You take ownership, move fast, solve problems yourself and keep going when it’s hard.
You’re a strong leader who attracts and develops talented people.
You’re fluent in English and comfortable with regular travel to Vienna.
