Role summary
Framework is hiring experienced and creative High Impact Virtual Tutors for K-12 students. This part-time, remote W-2 position offers flexible scheduling and pays $18-22 per hour. Tutors will deliver engaging, high-quality virtual instruction using provided curriculum and interactive platforms in small groups or one-on-one settings. Responsibilities include adapting instruction, administering assessments, and maintaining professional communication. Requires at least 1 year of tutoring experience, a reliable computer, stable internet, and the ability to pass a background check. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or higher, prior online tutoring experience, and experience with SpEd or ESL students, or bilingual abilities.

Framework is seeking experienced and creative tutors to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of elementary, middle, or high school students covering various subjects.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.
Position Details
- Schedule: Open availability (preference given to those available daily from 5:30-7:30 pm ET)
- Focus: K-12
- Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
- Pay: $18-22 per hour
- Location: Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.
- Who: A legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities
- Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
- Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom

- Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
- Administer assessments as required
- Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience tutoring, virtually or in person
- Completion of at least two years (60 credit hours) of college coursework
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
- Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher
- Prior online tutoring experience
- Experience with SpEd or ESL students
- Bilingual abilities
