Role summary

RKS Ventures, Inc., a franchisee of Freddy's, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and support a team in a fast-paced, family-friendly restaurant environment. The role involves ensuring top-tier guest service, managing daily operations including food quality and cleanliness, controlling labor and food costs, and fostering a fun work culture. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant management or leadership experience, strong communication and time management skills, and a passion for hospitality and teamwork. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, is required. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, meal allowance, and bonus pay.
