Qualifications include proficiency in business planning, operations management, finance, budgeting, leadership, team management, and process optimization. Experience in the kitchen remodeling, design, or construction industry is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.

Role Description
