Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer at Front Row Kitchens, Inc. The COO will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategic business plans, and collaborate with department leaders to improve processes and drive efficiency. The role involves managing budgets, financial planning, analyzing business performance, and ensuring organizational goals are met. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical partner to the leadership team in fostering a customer-centric company culture and ensuring operational excellence.

• Proven experience in scaling and optimizing business processes
• A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience in the kitchen remodeling, design, or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
