Salary Range: $95,000–$115,000 | $10,000 Sign On Bonus (with contract in place), $350/Month Medical Stipend |

This location serves patients from Madison and surrounding shoreline communities including Guilford, Clinton, Branford, Killingworth, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, and East Haven.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: $95,000–$115,000 | $10,000 Sign On Bonus (with contract in place), $350/Month Medical Stipend |

About the Role

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain)

• New Grads are welcomed to apply!

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred (but not required)

• Interest in vestibular, balance, or neuro, or ortho
