Role summary

Gaggle is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy to K-12 students across the United States. This role involves conducting weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions, focusing on improving students' mental health and well-being, with 90% of responsibilities dedicated to clinical services. The position offers a flexible schedule, no insurance billing, and no-show protection. Candidates must hold an independent or supervised associate license (LPC, LCSW, LPCA, LSW or similar) and have experience with K-12 students. A reliable computer and internet connection are essential, along with obtaining professional liability coverage.

Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being
90% clinical services / 10% administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

Independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LPCA, LSW or similiar)
Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of counseling experiene
Bilingual
Dual-state licensure is a plus!
