Role summary
Seeking Polish-speaking Market Research Interviewers for a remote, project-based freelance role based in Poland. Responsibilities include conducting opinion-based questionnaires and interviews on various project themes, with no sales involved. Requires fluent Polish, suitable English for team communication, good keyboard skills, a quiet work environment, and availability for flexible shifts (Mon-Fri, Mornings/Afternoons). A minimum of 16 hours per week is required. Experience in a call centre is preferred. Payment is via PayPal, with bonus incentives for completing probation and reaching 250 work hours. As a Market Research Interviewer, you will be conducting opinion-based questionnaires / interviews on a variety of subjects based on the themes of our projects.NO SALESare involved; we conduct confidentialMarket Research only. Please note: We offer project based contract (freelance contract). Salary: €11.50 per hour WE HAVE A SPECIAL BONUS FOR YOU!
(After successfully completing the probationperiod, you will receive a bonus of 50€. Additionally, upon completing 250hours of work, there will be an extra incentive of 250€ as a bonus)
Requirements
- People who speak Polish fluently
- Have excellent communication skills, and highly motivated
- Have a level of English suitable for communication with the team

- Live in Poland
- Have a PayPal account (this is the method we use to pay freelancers)
- Experience: Call Centre: 1 year (Preferred, not required)
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required)
- Project starts: 27/08/2025
- Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts (16 hours) per week
- Shifts available:Mon-Fri (Mornings/Afternoons)
