Role summary
General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role involves welcoming potential residents, assisting them in finding an apartment, coordinating the rental application process, and collaborating on resident events. The position requires at least one year of experience in sales, marketing, and strong customer service, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous leasing experience is preferred. GSC offers a supportive environment focused on skill growth and professional development, and eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Requirements
Responsibilities
• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community.
• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
Requirements
• Must have a least 1+ year experience in sales, marketing and strong customer service.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and detailed orientated.
• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of pre-employment background checks, and drug screen are required.
