The Role:
Own infrastructure for our AI-driven job search platform. You'll build reliable, scalable systems that support our growing product and international expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure platform reliability & uptime (monitoring, alerting, incident response)
• Automate deployments & infrastructure management (IaC)
• Support AI/ML workloads at scale
• Optimize costs & performance
• Implement security best practices (GDPR, data protection)

Requirements:

• 3+ years as DevOps/Platform Engineer
• Strong with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Scripting (Python, Bash)
• Monitoring & observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
• EdTech or SaaS platform experience
• Multi-region deployments
• Security certifications
• Experience with cost optimization at scale

Location:
