Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic. This role involves treating general orthopedic and athletic patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, focusing on active rehabilitation, movement coaching, and strengthening exercises. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with team members, and efficient documentation. New graduates with strong motivation and coachability are encouraged to apply. What You Will Do
- Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
- Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and strengthening
- Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the PT
- Assist with progression using clinic tools and objective measures as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
- Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

Compensation and Benefits
- $32-$38/hr. based on experience

You will work closely with the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, treating both general orthopedic and athletic patients with clear structure and support.
Your first 30 days focus on clear onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions, and progressive independence with direct PT support.
