Role Description

Qualifications
- Expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to develop and drive innovative product initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Strong skills in Team Leadership and mentoring to guide product teams in achieving strategic goals.
- Experience in Cross-functional Team Leadership to coordinate and align departments toward common objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in scaling products in retail and e-commerce channels is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in lighting products or consumer goods industries is advantageous but not required.
