THE JOB:
Conduct residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Portland Metro area. Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scope
Walk homeowners through findings
Work individually or as part of a crew
Follow safety and quality standards on every job
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3-5+ years of roofing experience (shingles, tile, shake, metal, or others)
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
- Employment contingent on successful completions of pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles).
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
- Reports to Guardians Wilsonville branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Portland Metro Area
- Monday–Friday, 6:30am to finish
- Occasional weekend availability preferred

EL TRABAJO:

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Completar reemplazos y/o reparaciones de techos de acuerdo con el alcance del trabajo
- Explicar a los propietarios los hallazgos encontrados
- Trabajar de manera individual o como parte de una cuadrilla
- Seguir los estándares de seguridad y calidad en cada trabajo
LO QUE NECESITAS:
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en techado (tejas asfálticas, tejas de arcilla o cemento, tejamanil/madera, metal u otros)
- Sentirte cómodo trabajando en alturas y al aire libre
- Poder levantar 30 libras regularmente y realizar trabajo físico, incluyendo agacharse, trepar y arrodillarse
- Licencia de conducir válida y récord de manejo limpio, para puestos que requieren conducir
- El empleo está sujeto a completar exitosamente una prueba de drogas previa al empleo, examen físico, verificación de antecedentes y revisión del historial de manejo, para puestos que requieren conducir
HORARIO Y UBICACION:
- Reporta a la sucursal de Guardian en Wilsonville y se despacha a sitios de trabajo en todo el condado de Portland
- Lunes a viernes, de 6:30 a. m. hasta terminar
- Se prefiere disponibilidad los fines de semana
