This is a temporary assignment through Workwell supporting Wizards of the Coast.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Game Support Representative (Product Replacement) who is passionate about customer service and curious about our products, and who is excited to help players enjoy them! They will represent our brands by interacting directly with our customers as well as processing and shipping products to consumers.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based at our Renton, Washington, United States office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.

Employment Details

This is a temporary assignment supporting Wizards of the Coast. The selected individual will be employed and paid by Workwell as a W-2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay rate for this role.
