The Role

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mission-critical applications, supporting government users.

• Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews and usability testing.

• Analyze research findings to create actionable insights, personas, and user journeys.

• Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries in collaboration with engineering.

• Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to validate user flows.

• Produce high-fidelity, accessible, and visually consistent UI designs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• Demonstrated experience conducting UX research, analysis, and synthesis.

• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams.

• Active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph.
