Role summary

The Role
• Lead design on highly strategic and complex customer-facing initiatives across premium, luxury, and AI-driven shopping experiences.
• Serve as a high-impact individual contributor, navigating ambiguous, high-priority projects and driving solutions across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Represent the design organization at executive-level meetings, influencing senior stakeholders and championing design quality.
• Rapidly move from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product, research, and engineering teams.
• Mentor less experienced designers and act as a 'bar raiser' for design excellence within the organization.
• Work on diverse projects including fashion & fitness, exclusive brand stores, social commerce, and high-velocity events.
What You'll Need
• Over 10 years of design experience with a strong background in e-commerce or modern consumer-facing platforms.
• Proven ability to execute at speed in high-velocity environments, delivering quality work quickly.
• Expertise in User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, assess complex situations, and drive solutions independently.
• Gravitas and experience leading design discussions in executive-level meetings.
