The Role

• Lead the cyber defense of technology assets by managing daily activities, threat detection, and incident response.

• Oversee the implementation of security tools and foster the development of a high-performing cybersecurity team.

• Balance technical oversight with business alignment to safeguard digital assets and ensure operational resilience.

• Drive strategic initiatives in cybersecurity operations, including the development and implementation of governance frameworks.

• Mentor and develop cybersecurity professionals within the security operations domain.

• Communicate critical security operations risks, strategies, and incident statuses to executive leadership.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Architecture or a related field.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure IT architecture.

• Expertise in leading architectural design and strategic oversight in cybersecurity initiatives.

• Proficiency in security operations technologies, tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR), and incident response procedures.

• Knowledge of threat intelligence, threat hunting, network security principles, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
