The Role
• Guide the definition, implementation, and delivery of programs focused on modernizing software systems.
• Leverage skills in infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and software deployment across the SDLC.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Contribute to software deployment strategies leveraging Kubernetes, Helm, Docker/Podman, and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment issues, ensuring congruence of infrastructure and software.
• Collaborate frequently with Agile software development teams to achieve project objectives.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years.
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying pipelines with GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with container technologies (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of basic networking protocols and functions within Kubernetes architecture.
