As a Lead UX Designer, you will spearhead the design strategy for complex enterprise workflows, transforming technical healthcare processes into intuitive, user-centric experiences. You’ll thrive in an agile R&D environment, collaborating deeply with Product Managers and Engineering leads to ship scalable, web-based product solutions that empower thousands of healthcare providers nationwide.
The Role

• Lead the UX vision for multi-disciplinary agile teams, defining and testing complex workflows for dental and revenue cycle management products.
• Synthesize primary and secondary user research into actionable design narratives and high-fidelity specifications for development.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across product and engineering disciplines to ensure UI/UX consistency.
• Drive critical decisions on project scope, design strategy, and implementation trade-offs for large-scale enterprise SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with data analytics specialists and service operations to validate design impact and identify refinement opportunities.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience, with a strong emphasis on complex enterprise, financial, or healthcare systems.
• Proven track record leading design initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Mastery of design tools for creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and specifications (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for scalable web platforms.
• Deep expertise in problem framing, interaction design, and information architecture for data-heavy interfaces.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs in a technical landscape.
