Role summary

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS environments, expertise in interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and user research synthesis, with proficiency in Figma and Agile methodologies.

Lead UX Designer

As a Lead UX Designer, you will spearhead the design of next-generation electronic health records (EHR) and physician practice management tools. This is a high-impact role where you will leverage systems thinking and AI-enabled workflows to reduce healthcare complexity, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive solutions that save lives and improve clinician productivity.

The Role

• Lead the design execution for complex scheduling and clinical workflows, moving from discovery through to high-fidelity interaction specifications.

• Define and frame user-centered problems using research insights, journey maps, and behavioral data to drive product strategy.

• Design high-stakes interaction models and prototypes that support safe clinical decision-making and efficient operational management.

• Collaborate with Design Systems teams to evolve component libraries and ensure scalability through spec-driven development practices.

• Influence the product roadmap by integrating AI-assisted tools for research synthesis and exploring intelligent automated workflows.

What You'll Need

• 4–6 years of professional experience in Product Design or UX Design, specifically within complex enterprise SaaS environments.

• Deep expertise in Interaction Design, Prototyping, and Information Architecture for mission-critical workflow systems.

• Proven experience with modern design tools (Figma) and a strong understanding of spec-driven development and Agile methodologies.

• Strong ability to plan and synthesize user research, usability testing, and experiment-led design to inform complex problem-solving.

• A background or strong interest in leveraging AI-assisted design and research workflows to accelerate product exploration.
