The Opportunity

Lead the evolution of the Finance systems that keep billing, revenue and month-end close running smoothly. As Senior Finance Systems Lead, you'll serve as Homecare Homebase (HCHB)'s primary Finance subject-matter expert for Zuora, with functional ownership across billing, revenue-related processes, system configuration, integrations, testing and continuous improvement.

You'll lead and coordinate Finance system implementation and integration initiatives, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Sales Operations and external consultants to make sure solutions meet Finance requirements, strengthen controls and support scalable business processes. This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibility and no direct people-management requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Zuora from the Finance side. Serve as the primary Finance SME and point of contact for Zuora questions, issues, enhancements and vendor interactions, with end-to-end understanding of how it supports billing, revenue, accounting, reporting and month-end close.
  • Lead implementations and integrations. Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into clear functional requirements, and partner with IT, vendors and stakeholders through design, configuration, testing, implementation and stabilization.
  • Optimize Finance systems. Simplify and automate processes through better configuration and integration, reducing manual workarounds, spreadsheets, reconciliations and reliance on institutional knowledge.
  • Enable month-end and accounting. Make sure system activities supporting close are documented, repeatable and controlled, and resolve system issues affecting billing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Drive testing and change management. Lead or coordinate requirements, UAT, regression testing, validation, deployment readiness and post-implementation support.
  • Strengthen controls and governance. Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership on financial controls, audit requirements, access governance, data integrity and documentation standards.
  • Bridge teams. Connect Finance, Accounting, IT, Commercial/Sales Operations and external partners by facilitating requirements, driving decisions, tracking dependencies and escalating risks.
  • Build lasting knowledge. Create and maintain process maps, system documentation, procedures, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
  • Additional Information

Sponsorship: This position does not provide immigration sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
