The role requires energy, credibility, poise, and personality for both anchoring and field reporting. Responsibilities include enterprise exclusives, compelling storytelling, live shots, asking tough questions, holding power accountable, mentoring producers and reporters, and writing/editing scripts with viewer interaction in mind. Candidates must be versatile, enterprising, work efficiently under tight deadlines, develop sources, and possess excellent live reporting skills. The position also involves contributing to digital platforms and appearing at public events. A valid driver's license and clear driving record are necessary, along with unwavering journalistic integrity.

You will report to the Assistant News Director.
