Role summary
Heartbeat Health is a leading virtual-first cardiovascular care company that uses telemedicine, diagnostics, and virtual care programs, enhanced by real-time data and AI insights, to deliver personalized treatment plans and improve patient outcomes. This full-time, remote Registered Nurse position supports the virtual cardiology team, focusing on patient education, care coordination with cardiologists and PCPs, accurate documentation, follow-up care, patient advocacy, and adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards within a fast-paced virtual environment. The role requires consistent Monday-Friday availability during business hours CST.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, remote, patient-facing Registered Nurse position supporting our virtual cardiology team at Heartbeat Health. In this role, you'll work closely with patients, cardiologists, primary care providers, and other members of our clinical team to help coordinate care, provide patient education, and ensure patients receive timely and appropriate support throughout their care journey.
This position requires consistent Monday–Friday availability from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. We're looking for someone who can reliably support this schedule and work collaboratively with our clinical team in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
