Role summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead people-driven projects focused on creating a unique work environment for hourly field employees. This role involves enhancing employee engagement, onboarding, and career development. Responsibilities include generalist HR support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM, policy administration, exit interviews, performance management, training support, conflict resolution, and coaching for non-exempt associates and supervisors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience in food manufacturing, CPG, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup, with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with SHRM/PHR is preferred. The position requires comfort working in a distribution center environment 3 days per week.

Senior Associate, Human Resources

You will...

  • Provide generalist support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM for all areas of Human Resources
  • Assist in administering procedures and policies
  • Participate in Exit interviews and Performance Management cycles
  • Provide training support and resources to Associates
  • Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and HRBP team to conduct interventions, fact-findings and resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Provide coaching, promote discussions and make recommendations for non-exempt associates' and Supervisors' development needs
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources within food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce or a high growth/startup company
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws; must understand confidentiality
  • Solid coaching and counseling skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR
