This role involves performing high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work using computerized systems, preparing vehicles, maintaining equipment, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The position requires 2+ years of professional auto body paint experience and a valid driver's license. ICAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred. - Perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work
- Use computerized paint-matching and refinishing systems
- Prepare vehicles for paint application and final finish work
- Maintain paint equipment and clean work areas
- Ensure repairs meet collision center quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years professional auto body paint experience
- Experience with computerized paint systems
- Ability to paint a variety of makes and models
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- ICAR and/or ASE certifications preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
