As a Senior Catering Services Manager, you’re not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
