Role summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Sinking Spring, PA facility. This role involves leading facility maintenance and repairs, managing the maintenance budget, planning equipment and staffing needs, and overseeing building cleanliness. The supervisor will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems, and work with contractors and vendors to address maintenance and emergency situations. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning, strong leadership, problem-solving, compliance, safety, and efficiency skills.

Your Impact:

  • Lead facility maintenance and repairs
  • Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
  • Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
  • Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
  • Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
