Role summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Mount Orab, OH. This role involves performing daily maintenance and repairs on equipment, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and facility systems, as well as assisting with installations and upgrades. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing basic maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs and filters, and maintaining accurate repair records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and mechanically inclined, with a passion for problem-solving and maintaining a safe, well-functioning facility within the cannabis industry.

Your Impact:

  • Perform daily maintenance and repairs for equipment, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and facility systems
  • Assist with installation, upgrades, and perform daily preventive maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance items, lightbulb and filter changes etc.
  • Maintain accurate record of repairs completed, and verify maintenance ticket completion
