Role summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Organizational Change Management Leader to guide its SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will develop and execute enterprise-wide communication and change management strategies to ensure employee engagement and alignment with the global deployment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in communications, organizational design, or change management, with strong knowledge of change frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR, and experience advising senior executives. A background in aviation or aerospace is a plus.

Join a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century. At Honeywell Aerospace (NASDAQ: HONA), we're launching as an independent, publicly traded aerospace and defense company built on a legacy of operational excellence and mission-focused execution.

Our new brand identity pairs that heritage with real momentum, as we build technology that helps pilots navigate with confidence, aircraft operate more efficiently, and operators stay ahead of change. With our systems on board 90% of the world's aircraft, your work here has reach that's rare to find anywhere else.

Focusing on our customers, investing in innovation, and building a culture of accountability and performance is how we're shaping what comes next.

Every horizon. Every mission. Every day.

With the launch of Honeywell Aerospace, we are embarking on a broader business transformation that will reshape how we operate, collaborate, and serve our customers. A major enabler of this transformation is our multi-year investment to transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Far more than replacing the existing system, this transformation is about rethinking how our business runs end-to-end as SAP S/4HANA will help us standardize processes, strengthen data quality, streamline decision-making, and operate as a faster, more connected enterprise.

As the S/4 Program Organizational Change Management Leader, you will lead the organization’s internal communications and change management to ensure employees are informed, engaged and aligned with the strategy for the global multi-year deployment of SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource planning systems here at Honeywell Aerospace. This role is responsible for translating complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages and building communication plans that support organization transformation, culture and employee experience.
