Role summary

Honeywell Process Technology (PT) is seeking a Director of IT for OT to lead technology capabilities for supply chain and plant operations. This role focuses on OT optimization, maintenance, governance, cybersecurity, execution, and compliance. The Director will build and manage a high-performing team to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and align with PT priorities, contributing to the energy evolution and sustainability goals.

As Director of IT for OT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology capabilities that enable resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain and plant operations across PT. This role will lead OT optimization and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on governance, cybersecurity, execution and compliance, while building and managing a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and align with PT priorities.
