Role summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Dallas, GA, to sell insurance and financial products to educators. The role offers performance-based compensation, an incentive package, a dedicated service representative, an exclusive territory, and ongoing training. Success factors include identifying solutions for educators' financial security, building relationships, presenting products, networking, and investing in business growth. Requires strong interpersonal and business management skills, insurance/financial services experience (preferred), and relevant state licenses. FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
