Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Lumberton, NC, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential with a performance-based compensation package, including enhanced commissions and incentives for the first 36 months. The producer will prospect within established books of business, build their practice in a niche market, and leverage value-added services and a multi-line product portfolio. Responsibilities include solving financial challenges for educators, presenting solutions confidently, participating in networking and community events, and staying updated on industry trends. A Life & Health and Property & Casualty license is preferred or will be required.
