Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Boone, NC, to serve educators and their families. This role offers unlimited income potential with a performance-based compensation package, including enhanced commissions and incentives for the first 36 months. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, presenting solutions, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess or obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses. This is an in-person, field-based role with a focus on a niche market.
