Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Durango, Colorado, to serve educators by providing affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a 48-month incentive package, an exclusive territory, and a comprehensive product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and business management skills, a commitment to client success, and relevant insurance licenses. The ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses is preferred. This is a sales-focused role with opportunities for business growth and relationship building within the education community.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
