Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to join their team in Howard County, MD. This role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with a significant 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, and a dedicated service representative. The agent will manage an exclusive territory, focusing on providing insurance solutions and financial security to educators. Key responsibilities include business development, relationship building, client needs assessment, and product presentation. Required licenses include Life and Health, and Property and Casualty. FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses are preferred. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and business management skills and 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.

  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
